Rummage Sale for Tom Johnson’s Assembly Campaign

Tom’s campaign has spent over $23,000 to mount an aggressive campaign.  He needs funds to continue campaigning.  With Krazy Days coming up in Viroqua on the 14th, this coming Saturday, Leeann, Veronica and Margaret thought it would be prime time for holding a rummage sale at the office.  The sale will run on Friday the 13th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday the 14th from 9 am to 2:00 pm.  Items will be in the office and outside.

Donations can be brought inTuesday  to Friday to the office from 11 am to 5 pm.  If the office is closed, please leave your items in the Commons between the office and Blue Dog.   Please price your donations yourself – not too high but not very low.  Also leave a note telling us how want to deal with the items leftover after the sale.  We cannot take televisions, old telephones, computers or printers as it is costly to pay for recycling them if they are not sold.  (Old cell phones can be donated and will be given to the police department for refurbishing for domestic violence victims).  We will donate any other leftover items to Bethel Buttik and the Viroqua Community Thrift Shop.  If you wish to repossess any items that may not sell, please stop at the headquarters Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m.  This will aid us in cleaning up the area and not have to store them over the weekend.
Volunteers welcome to help set up and break down tables, collect money or bring by some baked goods for either sale or for the delight of our volunteers.  Please call Leeann Ostrem, Margaret Thielke or Veronica Kleiber for questions.
